Well I've posted soccer and golf so I guess it's time for softball--one of my fav sports. These are of my niece. Both shot at aperture priority, f5.6, ss 1/1000 and iso 200. As always all of your comments are so welcome and wanted. Help!

Well well well once again blogger ate my post! I'll try again. Last week I could have had water shots of the pool since my niece was swimming in it. This week we are back in jeans and jackets. That's living in Florida! I am going to get out and get some water shots no matter what this week. For now I am posting one of my favorite water shots from a few weeks ago. This flamingo at Gatorland was taking a bath right as we got there. He splashed away and I clicked away!

Took some time to get a few shots around the yard today. Very dreary day today. I guess it's our version of winter! Weeds are blooming but it looks like it wants to snow--not likely since it's in the 70's!!!!
I tried out my new tripod on these. Will take a little getting used to I think.
Taken at ISO 200, f5.6 and 1/160 ss in A setting!
Taken at ISO 200, f5.6 and 1/250 ss in A, 250mm
Taken at ISO 200, f5.6 and 1/1250 ss in A setting. Dreary sky!
I'll save a few shots for tomorrow in case I can't get time to go out.
TFL. CC always welcome. Trish

A quick post of Mr T. He is on an animal planet kick right now and is drawing pictures of every animal he learns about. He has his doctor kit out and is driving the dog and cat crazy. Today he wants to be a vet. I think the animals are in hiding!
Picture taken at iso 400, f5.6 and ss 1/60 with fill flash. CC welcome always!!

Okay a few quick shots of my only willing model today--Prissy. She decided to sit outside with me today and it was just getting dark so the shots aren't as good as I would have liked. I could use some help in the settings department. Still working on using anything but auto.
The first one was shot without flash at iso 400 ss1/15 and f5.6.

Okay second shot was with fill flash which I knew I was going to get demon kitty eyes but it was getting dark. Shot at iso 200, ss 1/125 and f5.6.
Any CC more than welcome!
Thanks for looking. Trish

Oh man I can't believe I'm behind already and it's only the 9th day of the year!!
I took some new pics of Sneaky--outside the glass. T loved holding him.

Also got a quick shot of the ever mysterious Prissy. She rarely allows paparazzi to catch her but she was entranced with that piece of cardstock. She loves scraps!

Alright 2 shots! Sneaky was shot at ISO 400, f5.6, exp 1/80 and Prissy was shot at ISO 320, f4.5, exp 1/40.

Okay, I'll try this again. Blogger didn't like my last post apparently.
I picked an easy subject for my first photo challenge. My son has a new addition--a leopard gecko named Sneaky. We have become quick friends since I feed and water him every day. I haven't become daring enough to take him out of the aquarium so these shots are through the glass aquarium!
Well, as usual blogger hates me. I can't get my pictures to upload. Will try again later!

These look alot better irl. They were all taken at f5.6, ISO 400. 1st shot is exp 1/40, 2nd is 1/60 and 3rd is 1/30. No flash due to the glass.
CC definitely accepted!!!
Thanks. Trish
